A service to clientele
System Partners Limited (SPL) was founded in 2001 and incorporated as a private limited liability company in Kenya. It is a software development and information technology consultancy organization with a specific interest in designing and developing comprehensive I-HMIS software applications with a core accounting module that integrates with the business of our clients to produce a seamless system.
At the same time the systems are highly robust to serve a diverse clientele while employing a standardized real time integrated accounting and process control platform in the form of an I-HMIS I-HMIS and management system. The firm is located on Mombasa Rd at the Royal ICT Business Park on the third floor.

SPL has been the developer of the Funsoft I-HMIS having been contracted by this facility from 2018 and successfully implemented and customized the comprehensive integrated HMIS software for Siaya County Referral Hospital. The software now being supported with further customization has positively impacted operations in the hospital ranging from electronic medical records (EMR), finance management, Out Patient and IN-Patient doctors and nursing order entry and on online prescriptions module, supply chain (pharmacy stores and inventory management) farewell home, clinical records, pharmacy, nursing, document handling, module for Universal Healthcare operations among other important modules of the HMIS system. The system has also been integrated for interoperability with our laboratory information management system as well as interfacing with M-Pesa system to allow cashless operations thus improving our revenue collection. SPL has become a reliable, flexible and trusted partner.
